because as soon as I clicked in this thread, an ad was posted at the top of a disgustingly buff guy flexing. I think people who workout too much (like those guys you see in the Muscle & Fitness magazines) look nasty, but
. I'm glad I only workout to a certain extent, to the point where I have muscles, but not muscles that'll make other guys drool over wanting my body.
That's gross. I just got a really bad mental picture.
In Bodybuilding there is no "secret" that they know that you already don't.....

Get enough rest!!!
that's it...... every person you talk to will have there on way of GETTING BIG... What worked for them might not work for you..... What worked for me might not work for you..... I'm 5'7 naturally weigh around135-140 lbs.... When lifting i can get up to 170 with about 5% body-fat..... after about 4-6 months.... that will include hitting the gym at least 5 days a week w/a partner....
