Although we may be in different parts of the country, we can all help. Please go to a local blood bank and donate blood. Also, pray...This is a sad day in American history.

My wife and I were already scheduled to donate blood this coming weekend. Good suggestion. Please help in whatever way you can.

God bless you in advance.

Please call your blood banks before going down-- there is a long wait of kind people donating and some (Depending on where) will now schedule a time for you to come in rather than having to wait in line and get frustrated.

The Red Cross is asking all DC Area residents to refrain from going to hospitals to donate blood until tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 12th.

This is to prevent the additional overcrowding at local hospitals.
