I would have to go with a 3rd gen RX-7. I love that car soo much. I guess it does kind of depend on what the car will be used for. But definetly a RX-7 or a RSX type S.

FM II turboed miata. ~250whp, lightweight car, great handling. A great canyon-carver/V8 killer.

I would get a G5 Prelude for around 16K and get the JRSC installed for the remaining 4K (not sure if it's cheaper or a bit more?).
