Write it on the back of your drivers license so you won't for get it and the officer sees it in writing too.

This video is very interesting. So I'm guessing when a cop pulls you over and asks to pop the hood, you can simply say "I do not consent to my car being searched"? What can the cop do after saying that line?

"I do not consent" is a mixed bag. In lots of places, if you do not consent, they bring a canine in. If the canine makes any kind of fuss, probable cuase and you get searched anyway.
