Damn this thread is full of nothing but old stubborn hypocrites too rooted in their ways and mind controlled by their beloved establishment media to see between the lines and realize that these "hippies" are standing up and trying to protect the freedoms you take for granted allowing you to sit in your comfy chair, at your nice air conditioned job, doing jackshit but typing and BITCHING about other people bitching.

You people need to wake up, start researching shit for yourselves instead of injecting yourself with pure lies every night, and get back to caring about your fellow man. These people care so much about you and your RIGHTS that they actually take the time, possibly sacrificing their jobs that you sit there and ASSume they don't have, to go stand up for people like you that do nothing about but BITCH.

At least they're doing something to create change...what the are you'll doing but living stagnant?
I was waiting for you to pipe in on this one, Honda606. . . been to any good protests lately?

Actually, I don't live a stagnant lifestyle. In fact, I was at a baseball game the other night, quite enjoying myself. It was dollar dog night, so my friends and I had a hot dog eating contest. The contestants were "sponsored" by other friends, coworkers, etc. based upon how many dogs they finished. All proceeds were donated to Philabundance, a charity that provides hot meals for hungry Philadelphians. . . but now I'm off on a tangent.

Anyway, I guess it was "city of brotherly love" night (and anyone in Philly knows that means, "gay pride" night). So, as we all walked to the stadium, we were assaulted by sign toting people, spewing the evils of homosexuality. Now, I'm not gay, and I could care less what people's personal opinions on the matter may be. In fact, if I'm just trying to enjoy a simple baseball game, what gives another person (or group of people) the right to impede my enjoyment of the game? Seriously, some people just need to find a hobby.

So, when I complain about protesters, it has nothing at all to do with being "injected with lies" or whatever else you call it. So, why is it not ok for me to bitch about people bitching? Maybe I'm trying to change the culture of the protester? Hmm, perhaps I'm the one effecting change here, and protesters are the ones maintaining the "hippie" status quo. . . wow, mindboggling concept!

Yeah, I always wonder how disagreement with the "counterculture" makes one (obviously) brainwashed and (even more obviously) naive. . .

Gee...wonder why those dogs were so cheap?

So you ingested a bunch of tainted meat that was chock full of free anti-biotics and hormones courtesy of the federal government you just seem to have so much faith in? Did you top it with ketchup and relish and wash it down with a coke classic all chock full of nutrient depleted subsidized corn in the form of high fructose corn syrup....again....free of charge courtesy of your beloved federal government that is just sooooo concerned with keeping its citizens healthy? So you did this all for a charity which in turn will continue to disperse nutrient depleted "crap" to the "unfortunate" of your city? No you don't live a stagnant life...you just fill yourself with stagnant "crap."

You know the old saying...you are what you eat or full of it at least.

It ALL has to do with the injection of lies.

Taking their time away from planning the next attack on America so that the people will cower again like sheeple and beg for safety all under the guise of giving up the liberties and freedoms in order to attain that "safety." Yeah...that's too bad. Now it means we will have to wait a little longer for Patriot Act's 3 and 4.

As far as Seattle is concerned your comment clearly proves my point about you two not being able to read between the lines being injected with your poison. It is OLD news and has been documented in numerous sources that these so called "anarchists"(which there was only ONE group of) were hired and PAID(with your tax dollars I might add) by the federal government themselves to stir the pot and create "a situation" so that the establishment media would cover it and then get sheeple like you to say "look...there's those damn pesky anarchist protestors....all the want to do is destroy...why don't they get real jobs instead of bitching all the time."

I know...I know...your federal government would never do something like that would they?

Wow, you sure know how to take the fun out of EVERYTHING. You must have to keep yourself well manicured, otherwise the heel of your palms would bleed due to your constant balling of fists in rages of furious anger. . . over hotdogs.

The funny thing is that you make interesting points about the nutrient content and (somehow) the social importance of hotdogs. However, you tend to lose credibility in your claim that by eating a hotdog, I've injected myself (my mind?) with lies (as well as all of the other lovely things that go into making hotdogs). That's quite a leap.

Oh yeah, the dogs were so cheap because Phillies need to fill seats. It's a pure marketing ploy. So yeah, I suppose the "dollar dog night" did have relatively evil overtones. . . I hate supporting the Phillies bottom line. I'm a Yankees fan.

Maybe I'm missing your point as to why the dogs were only a dollar, but I think it has very little to do with a nationwide conspiracy by the power elite to force-feed me nitrates in an attempt to further the already powerful mind control they have over the sorry slob that I am. Next time I'll just grow a tomato, bring it to the game myself, teach the homeless a trade on the way out, and think of some way to stimulate my horribly stagnant life while walking home. Wow, that's actually a lot of effort. On second thought, I think I'll go about my life without worrying so much.

How can I ever expect people like you to read between the lines of the establishment media when you can't even read between the lines of my reply?

I wasn't leading to the point that because you've eating a hotdog you've injected yourself with lies. I was making a seperate point, hence it being at the END of my reply, that everything you base your "contentness" on stems from nothing but lies. Who gives a shite about nitrates when your body is being pumped with stuff that makes 12 year old girls look like their 21?

Life's great though...please continue enjoying those little mundane trivialities that keep you and the rest of the sheeple content, distracted, and disinterested while the people you bitch about actually do something productive with themselves.

You really are sick in the head. Your conditioning is to the point that it appears irreversable. It's typical of neo-cons like yourself to label people. You've been conditioned since birth to believe there's only conservative or liberal, republican or democrat and you actually fell for it.

Here's a novel concept...how about forming your own opinion instead of having it spoon fed to you each night by your beloved establishment media? Oh wait...that would mean you would have to think for yourself and that might be too difficult.
