I agree that's a part of that cop's job, but he was pretty erratic and too with his actions and words.

I am confident that the whippersnappers where snappin whips before the cop got in thier face....that being said, the cop should have handled it way differently. stick to protocol and put the defiant one in cuffs for a while and scare them straight in a more professional way.

boils down to cop out of line in this case

regardless of any of this... law enforcement, and civil servants in general, should operate at all time like they are being filmed or recorded because, in most cases, they are.

I'm curious to see what happened before the video started now.

Regardless, that take down was absolute bs. Did that kid assault the officer somehow? How is that cop going to justify putting his hands on someone that didn't provoke him or make him fear for his safety.
