acting in that manner is a major display of disrespect to the badge and other police officers. looks like someone needs to check his ego @ the door

its experiences like this that get most people to start hating on police. there are a lot of asses in the world. it just sucks that some of them get to wear that badge.
Reguardless, the cop holds a position of power and should, but rarely do, respect the power they are given. They weild it like a child who has discovered his fathers gun. Any responsible cop could have taken the kid to juvy or turned him down the proper channels to have dealt with this in a lawful sense, but since hes a bad ass with a badge, beating women and children is ok if they give you lip?!

we dont know what happened in the video before the start point

I am confident that the whippersnappers where snappin whips before the cop got in thier face....that being said, the cop should have handled it way differently. stick to protocol and put the defiant one in cuffs for a while and scare them straight in a more professional way.

boils down to cop out of line in this case

regardless of any of this... law enforcement, and civil servants in general, should operate at all time like they are being filmed or recorded because, in most cases, they are.
Exactly, thats how i was tryin to say it ^^

Yeah say that if you are ever in trouble and need a "pig" to assist you. One incident does not warrant calling officers "pigs".
One incident?

My guess is there are THOUSANDS of these things that occur each week in the USA that never make the push simply due to lack of vid.

Like a tree that makes no noise in a forest when nobody is there, a cop is innocent until captured on video. Those are the only ones that make the news. Like a cock roach, for every one you see there are thousands in the walls.

Tennesse Sheriff Guilty - Today's news
Cop Murders Wife - Georgia
Illinois Police Sergeant - Kills 2 Wives?
Ohio officer kills pregnant gf - deliberations going on now

This is just a quick look at Google News. There are THOUSANDS of these. Picking on punks is just keeping the juice on for what they really enjoy doing.

Don't insult a pig by comparing it to a cop.

For anyone interested, I just saw a preview on this on TV. Channel 5 News is having a special on it tonight for anyone who wants to see what happens with this story.

Can't make this stuff up folks.

Another 'isolated' incident.

Oh give me a ****ing break. There are always going to be a bad select few and the sad part is that those are the only ones we hear about.

I'm sure I could find, easily, a handful of ice cream men molesting children, or any sick ***ed up thing.

Get off your soapbox. If we didn't have them, we'd be back in the stone ages all over again.

cop is definitely out of line, the kid did not pose any threat to the officer, yet he tackles him down.....what an a-hole
