Default What do you call these goofy things?

NOT the banana!
I call them "Bowties". I get them about once a year from my next door neighbour who gets them from a lady at the Chinese United Church fund raiser. They sell these things.
They are sticky and very sweet and very oily. I love bowties.

im stumped. i would call them a wrap, but im not sure. bowties sound fine to me.
