No, I don't have all of that on my person at any one point in time. And, if I had it my way, I'd add an HK USP Compact in .357 Auto to that list.
My backpack
keys, camera, pens, pepcid, knife, cigaretts, etc.
In my trunk
Windex and paper towels (cant stand bugs on my windsheild)
Jacket, car duster, 300 mag Weatherby w/Leopold scope and extra rounds in case I run across a renagade elephant.

ALWAYS:
-Wallet
-Clothes
don't wanna be driving around naked unless I'm in Vegas
- Timberline Envoy tac-utility knife in case I have to cut rope to tie stuff down, cut a seatbelt to get out of my car in a crash, etc etc (always be prepared.. Scouts and Air Cadets taught me that much)
-Sunglasses or clipons (depend on how bright it is)
-Watch (my cheap ass $15 CDN Casio digital. Tells the time, has an alarm, has a stopwatch, and if I lose it or break it I won't have to cry over it
)
SOMETIMES:
-Trusty green SEG 1997 shoulder bag... holds my fleece jacket, CDs, Discman, books (reading, since I'm not in college at the moment), writing pad (for when I get story ideas), pens, erasers, ruler (for my art and designs).
-PocketCard screwdriver set. About as thick as 6 credit cards stacked, useful for fixing glasses screws, or just one of those "ya never know when you'll need a screwdriver" things
Anyways, theres my list ^_^
