My schedule sucks. Monday - Friday I work 8-5. Wednesday nights I have class at college from 5:30 to 8. Every night except wednesday and weekends I work out after work at the gym from 5:30 to 7. at LEAST 2-3 nights a week I need to get at least 2-3 hours of studying in in the evenings. Saturday days I do laundry and clean teh house till after noon, try to get a few hours of studying in and try to go out for at least a few hours that night. i also run a small business on the side so my saturday days and usually all day Sunday is taken up with staying current on projects, etc.

It's pretty full right now :/

I try to do at least an hour of bike riding every day to unwind from a hard day of whatever it is I do. A day on a road course is great to relax me especially if it's not in a sanctioned race. I also play with photography every chance I get. I'm no good but I enjoy it.

I used to go out in the swamp and play with Alligators. I can promise you that when you're up to your ass in alligators you forget all your other problems.

my schedule sucks too. in the past 4 months i've been in 4 different countries and rarely get to unwind properly.

so whenever i get some time alone, i'll send the fiance shopping, spark up some , get and play vice city or party poker ($5+1)

No problem, has your e-mail address changed? The one I've got has your old bg name in it. If it's changed PM me or e-mail me the new one.

You've got to be careful with your selection of music otherwise it can pump you up worse I think. And driving when you're angry can be dodgy too, it's too easy to take your anger out and make a mistake but I agree it does work.

Maybe I should dust off my old saxophone and start playing again....
