When we were teens (don't do this) we kept smoke bomb fireworks in the car and would toss them in the windows of a-holes. i would NEVER throw or do anything to damage another persons car in that case... I mean... its like a rule... you never mess with a persons car... thats jus plain homo. If you have a problem, deal with the driver, not the car... the most extreme I would do is like a brake check... or if theres alot of traffic, get in front of them... and drive like 30mph on the highway... so they tail you and they get so pissed they fly around you... then you drive normally again..
