Marriage/family/youth counseling, teaching, music performance, organizational
and event planning, theological training,
and spiritual development of street racers
(pastor at a church in mira mesa)

educating the young minds of san diego in the ways
of government and economics
(high school teacher)

auto tuning/consulting, parts design/fabrication/development,
racing, testing, and evaluating
(my side business as a tuning shop)

designing menus and recipes, conducting employee training
and certification, creating training materials, supervising
apprentice chefs, cooking up some authentic greek cuisine
(supervisory senior chef at greek restaurant)
