another thing that works really well is one-a-day all-day energy vitamins. they're just like regular vitamins +they have caffiene and energy boosters. i asked one of my stoner friends how he's able to smoke himself retarded all night and still get up in the morning and go to school... he takes these vitamins, so he gave me one and it actually worked really well.

you can also tell if someone has been away from their desk for a long time too. cuz the office will be dark. i have thought of installing one of those bird thingys that bob up and down right in front of the motion sensor.
I had it in 1st grade also.. but never really napped.. lol chased the girls around on the floor..
but.. guess it was free time.. funny to think about it now..
