The Streets - Original Pirate Material.
You will probably find it in the house or dance section of a cd store, but I really wouldn't limit them to that one genre.
There aren't many of their songs being traded on the internet so you will have to buy it.

re-reading your post LearnersPermit, I would highly recommend the Streets. Some radio station played the song in the above linked video, and I liked it so I went out and bought it.
I would say out of the 14 songs on the album, 8 or 9 are really good, 2 are just beats, Mostly strange genre like the above song, but the last song ("Stay Positive") is a complete rap song.
