Top 3 PAINLESS memories
Painless memories...
1. FreeFalling to terminal velocity while skydiving
2. Karting at Sears Point coming off turn 1 of the front straightaway (90+mph), kart in front of me loses power and stalls and when I locked up to avoid him, I spun the kart literally like a top... easily 5 spins in a matter of a second.
3. Jumping off a 60 ft bridge at Salmon Falls Road on the American River after whitewater rafting...landed sideways (water went up my butt crack and felt like it was gonna split me) so there was a little pain but no injury
This was my last jump before stepping off the plane this past weekend
The first night I pledged a fraternity, my pledge class cut down the neon sign at the house of the despised religious fraternity, hung it from the top of the clock tower on campus (which we first had to break into), broke into the room of a dorm leader we didn't like, knocked him out, tied him to his bed, which we placed in the campus reflecting pool, and parked his VW Beetle next to him in the reflecting pool.
Almost got fired as boxboy at Von's for losing control of a train of 47 shopping carts, which ran through a plate glass window, knocking over a fat lady.
The hood flew off my Corvair on the freeway and sailed neatly through the passenger side windshield of a moving van behind me.
