All of us experience isolation at some point... right? Love, at its deepest level, conquers the isolation (for me, anyway). It's love that causes one to reach out, to go outside of themselves.

Only when I love, and am loved, do I risk opening up what's inside. When I'm accepted, in spite of what's inside, the isolation is gone.

That's been my experience anyway, both on a human level, as well as on a spiritual one. Find a Love that conquers the Isolation, which leads to Forgiveness within that relationship, which lasts for Eternity.

If I can find that, it seems to me that I've got a pretty good "meaning of life."

Trying to fit in as much as possible into the very short 80 years or so and finding out what really makes you happy.

In my case, achieving a complete balance within my surroundings.

isn't it leaving a legacy behind for those within your immediate circle eg family, friends, etc. so that they are better off for knowing you when you pass away either financially, spiritually and mentally.
