Windows Media Player for most things, DivX Player or PowerDVD for others.

Windows media for some, VLC for others, I have quicktime if necessary, and PowerDVD pro for movies.

I was using MusicMatch but recently switched to Rhapsody. I've got it serving my collection (and 'net radio) over WiFi to a Roku Soundbridge in another room.
