I had the 8260 from AT&T but got fed up with their lack of service and horrible reception in my area.

I just cancelled my account and I'm switching over to Verizon. Some of the phones look kinda crappy. I would get teh V60 but...$400??!

Jebus......anybody recommened any other phones from Verizon? Specifications for the good ones? I'm a newbie with Verizon.

Not with Verizon but with Sprint (which has poor coverage if you travel).... I bought the Samsung (Click)

Works well and integrates the Palm with the phone very well. Not TOO big for a phone or too SMALL for a Palm,

and I NEED a Palm

I ended up getting the V60...Only because I soon found out my friend's FRIEND works there..gave me like 30% discount on the phone. I got it for $199.99, compared to the original price, whatever it is.

don't want to burst your bubble, but the phones were being sold for 199.99. now they have a 50 dollar rebate... nice friendly "discount"
