Never spent more than $20 on a pair. Allows me to change styles when ever I want and don't feel bad about tossing them when they are scratched.

I used to keep my Smith Analyst polarized glasses in my car at all times. . . I say, "used to" because I lost them yesterday.

If anyone finds a pair of Smith Analysts at a rest stop somewhere in MD, please let me know.

I can't say never spent more than $20 but I am the same way now. Lost/broke three pair of $150 sunglasses in a two month period, never went back.

I am a RayBan guy, but just buy imposters now and have 6 or seven pair to choose from as I go out the door instead of one or two. If I lose one, I don't care anymore.

By the way, there are good imposters and bad ones. If you have a source for good knock off styles, its priceless.

One more reason why I like my $20 no-name sunglasses.
