One way is to hit the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard, which captures the entire desktop (maximize your IE window) and saves it in the buffer. Then paste it into Paint or Photo Editor and crop off the excess.
I knew that one, I thought there just might be an easier "Save As..." version. Anyways, here I am! This is pretty much a dead ringer for what I really look like.
