Hey, cashout, if we know where it was taken we can probably put bets and then go check him out. I wonder how much the beautiful people are going to bet and for what.
These are my bets:
1. he is homeless
2. PDA was not purchased by him.
3. the luggage contains his paintings.

And to the other people, it's not that I see homeless people with those things everyday, I'm just saying that maybe he had it before becoming homeless, if he even is, and hasn't sold it because he wants to have something to keep him busy.
