It's kind of like a Gyro. It's either turkey bathed in lamb fat or straight up lamb that is ground up, formed into a cylinder, then cooked on that vertical rotisserie.
Tahini is the sesame seed sauce, Amba is a mango type concoction.
In other words it's some goooooooood stuff.
