Regular is $0.30/gal cheaper. That's $3.30 per fillup - or about $13.20 per month. Definitely not worth it, IMO.

 

We're going to San Diego Friday, round trip about 250 miles, to stay with Mrs. Raptor's niece and her husband who's in the Navy (my sometimes drinking buddy) for the Fourth of July weekend. We're taking her Acura MDX and the dogs. We did the same thing last July. I had last minute jobs the day we left, so I drove separately in the S. This year it's costing us more for gas to take one car than it did last year taking two.

 

One of the managers at my company just bought a kit to connect the motor from a weed trimmer to the rear wheel of his bicycle. He said he used it today to get to work and used 1/10th of a gallon to go 21 miles. That's ~210 mpg. Not bad, though he said it has a top speed of <30mph and he was only comfortable cruising at about 20mph. Still, not bad.
