THATS A LAW. how is that a just system that protects a people, everything is used to incarcerate you or make you pay money. cops arnt there to help, there here to extort and make money.
if a mobster comes to your house and says, "pay me money to protect you or bad things will happen". thats extortion.
your forced to pay for polices protection or you go to jail by the same police you refused to pay, and its a law that anything you say cant help you? extortion. most of us didnt vote for 90% of the laws they deem fit, its a bullshit system. you as a criminal justice major should know this.
