"Shows how much notice I take of the price ......

So is it around 80p a litre??"

Too right it is - probably breaks down to about 68p tax, 5p for the distributer, 1p for the retailer and 6p for the fuel

Gas was 1.55 here today in Cinci. I think I may fill up the S and scivic before the prices shoot back up for the weekend!
You wouldn't be accusing our illustrious oil companies of "price gouging?"

Better get a tanker truck and fill it up at that price - it's real bargain given what I've seen so far.

$5.00+ per gal for crappy Premium(doesnt specify octan rating). Also only about 3-5% of gas station has premium.
$4.50+ for regular.

Sick of paying $60 every gas stop.

In Seoul

Well, it appears that gas has stablized at $1.849. I,m not complaining, seeing what some of the rest of you pay . WOW - California - you really need to do something about your energy costs! $2.50 a gallon is just toooooooooooooooo much!

I filled up today at $2.299 a gallon for 91 octane at the Acton 76 station. The 87 octane has come down but not the 91 octane.

Recent article in newspaper predicts AVERAGE cost of gas in the good old USA will rise to $2.30 for regular by mid summer. I hear that a refinery in California went up in smoke last week - Has that effected prices out west? Just wondered.

Prices have climbed only 2 cents the past 3 weeks. It's around $2.33-$2.35 in the California Desert.
