1. Go back to school after 5 years in Army.
2. Bought my current house in 1997, it is appraised at 280% what we paid.

living at home during college years....well i just turned 19 now but still... i think its a wise decision. srue you dont get to live it out by yourself out there in the world but personally, i dont care. i get a roof over my head and food on the table for free. i work and i save my money. hopefully by the time im out of college(3 years), ill have enough to atleast buy a small apartment to rent to people.
