What's your favorite Alcoholic Beverage...
My favorite beer is Sierra Nevada Bigfoot Ale-- tasty and 9.6% Alcohol. Sadly, only available in the spring of the year.
I will never refuse a glass of Renwood Vintage Port, a bargain at $30 a bottle.

It has to be Timothy Taylor's Landlord - a great real ale
This is closely followed by Waggledance - a real ale with honey in it. A friend and I got into serious trouble with my wife when we dallied over a couple of pints of Waggledance when we shouldn't have and arrived late for lunch.
But as long as the ale is well kept, cool but not cold, I'd drink anything.
A good malt always goes down well at the end of the evening: Glenmorangie, Macallan, Bowmore, Laphroaig to name but a few.
Southern Comfort on the rocks.
A B&B, Brandy and Benedictine, is interesting (I was introduced to this recently by an American).
If you want something different try a Brazilian cocktail: Caipirinha (pronounced ky-pee-reen-ya). We discovered this when skiing in Zermatt Switzerland:
- Take a couple of limes and quarter them and put them in a glass
- Add a couple of dessrtspoons of sugar
- Crush the limes just enough to get the juice out but not to break the skin.
- Add 2 large measures of Brazilian cane sugar rum
- Add ice
- Stir
- Add another shot of rum for good measure
- Serve
Yum Yum!!

Started off as a totally non-alcohol drinker! Now...
Beer: I can't get into beer--I just tried Ichiban and have to say that is the only one I can take so far--has sweet taste to it.
Wine: I would always say I'm a cheap date....one sip, and I'm ready for bed.
Makes me sleepy.
Favorite: Pina Coladas
Been drinking Bacardi's Silver and Smirnoff Ice w/ grenadine.
I like drinks that are fruity and anything that masks the alcohol/cough syrup taste. I'm definitely a lightweight cuz it takes me one Bacardi Silver to start LMAO!
