skull bigelow, male gigolo.

For reals though: Software Developer, currently working on a financial planning and analysis and quality assurance applications.

Also, does anyone else here manage employees in India? If so, do you have to provide complete technical spec to get results from them? I'm having trouble giving business requirements to them and having them convert those business requirements into technical spec. It'd save me a load of time if I could just provide them with the business req.

i like working on boilers the most, then anything hydronic, followed by ACR. 410 is coming and coming fast. We've put in boatloads of 410 replacement equipment in the last year
I work for a small company of 2-4 employees and work on systems that are up to 5 tons. Mostly Residential and Light commercial work. Are you union based?

I have the gauges for 410 systems...just need more experience working with them. Attended a meeting last year on different new freons coming out which include pure and mixed freons that are still being tested. I just hate the fact that the 410 system is so much more hydroscopic then r22.

And I feel bad telling people how much it's gonna cost them to redo the whole system to 410 spec especially if they had just recently had replaced their r22 based system several years ago. First the move to 13 SEER and now 410 spec upgrading. Recently I've felt like I'm the bearer of bad news to my customers.

Assistant manager at a cabin rental place (year round), bartender at the local horse track (in summer). Just started a sales position at a furniture store. I'm not sure I want to be anything but a lottery winner when I grow up!

Yes Local 501 Plumbers & Pipefitters. I'm not one of those hardcore freaks that are "Go union or go home" though, shit everyones gotta feed the family you know? My company has 2 Fitters, 6 Tin Knockers, and 15 Service Tech's, which doesnt included our service manager, engineer, and a few other ppl. I actually was Certified in 410A about a year and a half ago, and the thing i don like is the fact that the system runs such high pressures all the time. It sometimes makes me second guessing using stay brite #8 all the time lol. Thats one thing i do hate is telling someone how much its going to be. If i'm not mistaken, i heard through the grapevine theres a drop-in thats supposed to be almost identical to 410A but it runs with 22 systems. Where are you located? We are puttin in 21 seer and up here. The condensers are like 4'x4'x4'.
