I didn't read the articles all the way through, but this sounds like the French author with the best-selling (in France) book about how the 9/11 attacks were actually conducted by the US government.
The quote that I think sums it up: when the DOD was asked why they haven't responded to the claims made in the book, "We didn't think we needed to, they [the claims] were so ridiculous."

Blast patterns, sources of fire, eye witness accounts, radar evidence, etc., etc. continues to prove that the plane did in fact hit the Pentagon. They also continue to discredit the BS produced by special interest groups intent on discrediting the United States Government.
Anyone who believes this crock should immediately join the Jihad for therein lies the "truth".
