The cat was then arrested and charged with 457 counts of assault and battery on an officer.

The cat also faced further charges of disorderly conduct, obstruction of justice, resisting arrest, failure to provide ID, failure to pay child support, hissing, and fleeing and evading arrest.

I’ve encountered a cat like this before in a parking lot. This one didn’t get on top of me but was determined to stop me from leaving him/her. Every time I turn around and try to walk away, it will throw itself between my feet and do a “figure 8” and I had stop walking because I would have stepped on its paws if I didn't. Another black cat.

Oh, I think the officer must have known that the camera was on otherwise, I think the cat would've been fried by now .
