Wheres a good place to vent?
I find that the best way is to just rest. Take a break from whatevers giving you shit, if possible, and sleep. A good nights rest followed by a light meal is amazing. Something about getting EXACTLY the right amount of sleep, no more ...no less... and a good meal is so f'in amazing.
If that doesnt work, I drive up tantalus (hawaii's famous touge!) or down to sandys (along a beautiful coastline) at midnight with the top down and the heater on. Not speeding, just chill driving. ****** awesome.

Gives you some alone time to get some clarity, gives you the opportunity to really let out some frustration (if you really push yourself), and it's good for you, too.
