Default Who do you tip for the Holidays and how much?

It seems I'm always reaching for my wallet around the Holidays to give end-of-year tips. Here is a list of what I expect to shell-out over the next few weeks.

Garbage Collector - $25.00, don't like to have bags of garbage 'accidently' open up on the driveway.
Mailman - $25.00, 2nd best investment, no wet mail.
Barber - $15.00, 1X's the cost of a haircut
Newpaper - Nada, anyone who sends a self-addressed envelope is not getting a dime
Chinese Food delivery - $25.00, best investment foods always hot and on-time.

Anybody I'm overlooking? Am I being cheap?

Michael

Garbage Collector - $20, I never have to much garbage and my trash bin lids are never in the street. But here is the thing now, NYC garbage trucks have 2 people. So I tip them $10 a piece, but now I just realized that we also have the recycing guys. I've never tipped them before.
Mailman - $20, no particular reason beyond that he's a nice guy
UPS - $20, why not I get so many damn packages

I agree about the newspaper guy, especially since I have to look for my paper have the time on my neighbors yard. But then again maybe that's why?
