You could be me stuck on a stanky boat with 70 other guys (mostly stinky Russians) for the 15th straight day so far. See where it says Launch Site in this picture? I'm stuck there!

I wish I was in Hawaii! I am located at 0 Deg latitude, 154 deg W longitude. Take a quick look at a map and you will see that is approximately as far from anything interesting you can get.

Did'ya read the other thread I linked above?

In a nutshell. I am the payload engineer for Sea Launch. We just launched the latest Dish Network satellite from our ship a couple of days ago.
