You get a real rush at the point you realise you survived the jump. Mind you, it's not something I'll rush out to experience again....
That's the total opposite of what I felt. I didn't even hesitate or need a count down. If you can get the nerve up....try standing backwards with the back half of you feet hanging over the edge. Then just let yourself fall backwards. Talk about a cool feeling!!
I have done it 2x in Las Vegas off the one next to Circus Circus. First time was onto an air bag. 2nd time got pranked and did a nose dip into a freaken pool and was 40s that time in Las Vegas.
My friend managed to break his back cliff diving. I wasn't there, but I think it was peer pressure and I belive it was more than 50' and he was the first one off. He is fine now, but not something I would want to go through. I have broken a few bones, not fun.
