I just found out today that I'm allergic to sun light! WTF? I would get rashes around my eyes where the sun glasses does not cover. I thought it was ironic and told my doctor that I drive a convertable...

Austin is the allergy capitol of the world. I've have problems, and I hate taking meds so I try to get by till I can't stand it anymore. Then I use a nasal steriod. Beconaise or some other form works great and I don't have to worry about my prostrate. Always wondered about those antihistimines. I try not to take them.
Still it's not good to take anything constantly. Try excersize.

Hey Peeps,

Allergies are bad out east too. But I eat a lot of spicy food and that clears you up. Try it for a couple of days.

I've had allergies since before I was drifting my Big Wheel. I've taken all the drugs, but they only seem to work for me for about one season. Last year I started with Flonase and that stuff has been great. It doesn't seem to dry me out like the pills. One shot in the morning is all I need for a full day of relief.

A friend who is trained in Chinese medicine and acupuncture has been doing some intensive studying on allergies. As soon as he pokes a few other people, I am going to give the needles a try.
