i think those wheels are tight, depending on the application. they really look tight when the wheels dont spin at all and it looks like the car is gliding on the street.

i saw those rims on a SUV in chicago.. i think they had like 24 inchers on em and it looked pretty tight. I was like those rims are spinning but why isn't the car moving?hehehehe.. I think it's 2 thin rims together with somekind of spinning mechanism in the center..
