That is awesome footage ... but NOT of the Taliban!!!!!

The first time I saw that footage was over 6 months ago .. and at that time it was described as being filmed somewhere is Russia or Eastern Europe.

Gosh, I don't want to deceive anyone here but the photo says it is from December of 2001. I got it from a very reliable source. Hope it's not a dupe...still looks cool, though!!

I was also wondering about the same thing. Being a skeptic, I would not put it above the military to stage such an attack and take nice film footages of it for publicity/propaganda purposes. Just notice how sharp the pictures are, so the camera must be very steady -- unlikely to be taken from another aircraft. And the distance between the camera and target does not seem to be great, so the camera is close to the "action". I'd say it is taken from some Hollywood movie.

I know those things work... I used to build them and remember the first time a bomb I built was used in Dessert Storm.
