Default Who's the Most Annoying Person on the Planet?
I happened to see a bit of "It Could Happen To You" this weekend, and came to the conclusion that if such a list existed, Rosie Perez would be very near the top. Gawd, her voice just grates on my every last nerve.

Anybody else got a vote?

In addition to annoying, I also think those are the 2 ugliest active actresses around. But of course, that's my personal opinion.
