Default why do people have such poor grammar?

I work in a factory... mostly blue collar guys who live out of town about 30 miles. I would guess 90% of them have horrible language. I also have my "inner-city" rental houses with very similar language problems...

- That don't make no sense
- He didn't give me no breaks
- They ain't gonna get none of these

It takes the same amount of time to speak properly as it does to sound like a redneck. Who invented that kind of language? I ain't never gonna learn nothing about speaking good.

Maybe the english language isnt their native language.. So they haven't "perfected: it.. It doesnt bother me much, as long as I can understand what the other person is saying...

Actually these are all 100% usa born, Americans. I could understand if these were foreigners learning the language. That is not the case. They have all lived in the USA for generations.
