hell yeah, that's why I jumped on it early and purchsed a thousand shares. Can't wait until they get bought up, and I can cash in my Wikipedia stock and be RICH!!!!! :/
I don't think there's such thing as Wikipedia's stock. I don't think the organization is listed.

Yeah, I know, daylight savings, but it's 4:30 and it's dark out... wtf

Really stupid IMO.
go to the north pole in summer and south pole in winter.

So you get most out of the sun!

it also isn't very attractive for a "buy-out" because it has no revenue stream. It isn't ever going to be worth money as long as there is no advertising. It exists on donations. So no investor is going to buy it for any kind of money. And given the structure of the organization, I doubt it will ever run off advertising.

Since the site is so popular, it could change anytime (meaning advertising is not out of the question). Some investors could buy it then put ads on there while still keep the core infrastructure. Who knows...

Next year daylight savings will start later and begine earlier so it stays lighter for longer in hopes to save some energy costs.

So next year you won't have to be annoyed about it getting dark earlier till later on in the year
The interesting thing is, while daylight savings was instituted last century to save energy costs because more daylight during working hours meant less oil/electricity spent on lighting, these days more daylight hours means more people taking trips in cars and going places, thereby using more energy than is saved.

Because you have heavier eyelids in the winter.
