You figure by now we would have a new standard in toilets and not the old same ol style.

?You mean teh standard bowl with the external tank? Theres different styles of toilets... you just have to pay top dollar for designer stuff if you want to be different.





That last one lists at about $3000, but thats probably because it's tankless and uses an electronic button for flushing.

Some things are so well designed they don't need to be changed. Take the brick. The same brick we use to build houses today is essentially no different than it was 5,000 years ago. Think about that.

why are bricks great designed?? brick structures collapse in earthquakes and hurricanes. the only time that are superior to other types of building material is when there is a huge fire.

They don't call those toilets... They're called bidets. Its more of a luxery and usually seperate fromt he toilet. Some toilets have them built in now though(Like Japan and some parts of Europe).
built in?? that's nasty. imagine all the bacteria that builds up on the nozzles from splattering crap such as diarhea...
