When did legality come into play? LoL stay with me

 

It's not just the litter. I pulled up in traffic a few months back and had to get out of my car and stubb out a small fire starting on the median where some tool flicked his lit cigarette. Think about how that goes when you do it in bushland and don't say it wouldn't happen because it is a very common cause of roadside fires over here.

 

Ummm...I'm a smoker, but there's not always an ashtray everywhere. I'll bet if you had melting ice cream and you don't want to eat it anymore aaaand there's trash can or of the sort to chuck it, ud just let it fall on the ground. It's just a counter point to the litter part.

The fire hazard thing...these people who throw it into bushes are obviously just not the type to think everything through. They probably would leave their campfire still burning after packing up and going home. It just so happens that they smoke, and they apply the same concept on the cigarettes as well. There's plenty of non-smokers who would rather leave their trash on the table than walk 2 feet to throw it away.

 

Smokers are pigs and show they don't care about other people and the environment in a lot of ways other than just throwing their butts everywhere.

Just the simple act of lighting up does much more damage to the air and the people around them than the emissions from a car. In typical fashion another smoker tries to deflect the issue by muddying the water with a completely inane and off subject remark.

Smoking causes cancer and other illnesses. If it only caused sickness in the smoker AND if all smokers smoked only under a bell jar so no one else smelled their filth AND if they changed clothes right after so that when I passed them in the street/hallway/sat near them in next cubby/ on & on, I didn't have to smell it then MAYBE I'd say it was OK to smoke. After all then the only person they'd be hurting was themselves.

But as it is one cigarette smoker can ruin the flavor of the food in a whole restaurant long after they put out their butt.

One cigarette smoker can kill multiple people.

One cigarette smoker 2-4 cars up can kill the convertible experience at a light.

 

^please, most of us went' through health class, and the fact that it causes cancer is RIGHT ON THE CARTON.

change OUR clothes so OTHERS don't smell the smoke? are you F$&#ing kidding me? some people need to take a mint so i don't have to smell their breath, but you don't see me complainign about how people have to do shit just for me! lol

people that eat mcdonalds all day are taking more years off their life than 2nd hand smoke can cause in a typical restaurant.

 

except for the fact that the fat asses can stop eating. we can't stop breathing [your smoke]. it's all about being considerate. if you smoke, unless you do it in the privacy of your own home ONLY, you're inconsiderate. yes, I used to smoke also.

If there is no ashtray on-hand then don't smoke. Pretty simple rule. I hate @ss-wipes who litter (cigs or other).

 

What I love is when smokers tell me that my car pollutes the air his kids breathe and how a roadster is useless and I should take the bus and blablabla.

Then he lights up a smoke and blows toxic $hit in my face.
