Why do they remain? Have our laws become that asinine?
I was referring to those who are known criminal non-USA citizens only!!!!!!!! I am not referring to those already in this country!!!! My question dealt with international policy regarding known criminal non-USA citizens only!!!!! Do we have policies in place to prevent entry into this country? Yes, there are groups within the USA who are terrorists i.e. KKK, Timothy McVeigh, etc. But they're already here. I'm referring to those who are known criminal non-US citizens and are not here yet but are known international terrorists and vocal enemies of the US. What policies, if any, are in place to deal with the problem of known criminal non-US citizens attempting to gain entry into this country? That remains the question.

if you're a non-citizen you NEED papers to stay in this country, whether a green card or some classification of visa.

IMHO these guys have been here much longer than the media is telling us just to gain some information about the network. They probably DO NOT have proper papers and are being allowed to stay only because they are under constant heavy watch by federal authorities. We are being presented with so much information about these guys hanging out here lately I have trouble believing it has all been collected in the days since Spetember 11 especially considering the scale of the current publicly known investigation.

I have a better idea for those "known" terrorists in our country. Let it be known to the public who is being surveilled, and the public will take care of the rest. Alot of angry Americans taking it out on other Americans because they "look" like the enemy. If they're going to go to jail, at least let them take out a terrorist and not an innocent American.

this is a time in our nation where some civil liberties have to be broken to ensure the safety and integrity of the nation.

scary thought...3 men suspected in the hijacking of the planes worked at Newark Penn Station just less than a mile from my house...used to go there everyday while taking the train in NYC

I think we should hire about 20,000 INS agents, and say good bye to those who've overstayed their welcome. Time to go home, and thanks for all the felafel.

As much as I would like to see those people shipped out of here I can't condone taking away rights to do it.

America = Freedom.
