I've got this thing about people who insist on taking their right of way just because they're entitled to (i.e. because it's law).

If the hose was long enough why couldn't they run it under or around the front of the car?

well this guy/gal deserves it!..I don't know where this was taken but up here in Canada, you're not allowed to park in front of fire hydrants..what a burn on this person..
