I understand she is 83 but how fast must one walk to break their nose lol. "...dangers of modern hi-tech architecture" LOL right.

 

I bet the old lady didn't want to sue Apple, but the fuking kids/relatives and greedy attorney.
Now Apple is going to defend it, spending $500,000 and pass is on to the consumers. If they don't defend it, millions of people is going to run into the "invisible" and sue Apple.

Everytime I see these pisses me off. They should ask for a fair amount instead of 1-f@#king-million dollars. I know they have to start high so they will come down on price...sigh

 

Then she probably went out and got in her car and drove home... scary thought!

 

since she obviously poses a treat to society while mobile I know how apple should spend the 1 million dollars instead

 

 

This isn't news. Of course the store is responsible for accidents that happen on their property. I'm struggling to find outrage.

 

Wonder what she just bought that she was so engrossed in that she couldn't pay attention to where she was going?

Or, did she wander in the store by mistake, and was leaving?
