Default Worst Customer Service EVER

Over the past couple months I have had the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and doubt I could ever recieve worse. After dealing with over 20 different customer service agents (mitel, anna, karen, kim, fred, john, paolo, jane, joel, taweb, david, lian, carla, nimsi, kadeem, reynam, kaye, albert, tawaab, todd, michelle, etc) Sears has failed to supply me with the washer and dryer unit I ordered at the beginning of April. The reason I had to speak to so many agents is because there is no direct line to get in touch with the same agent you may have been speaking with (keep in mind you are calling there departments in the Phillipines). Also I had multiple Service MANAGERS fail to make a promised follow up call forcing me to start all over with a new agent. I spent at least 2 hours on the phone everytime I had to contact them and sometimes up to almost 5 hours. They originally promised an arrival date at the end of April and then they called me less than 24 hours before my pickup date to tell me I would have to wait another 2 months. They could also not confirm that I would even see it after waiting the additional 2 months. They basically could not confirm that I would EVER see the unit because they have no instore stock, no warehouse stock, and no reserve from the manufacturer. Did I forget to mention that despite not recieving my unit they still had the nerve to send me my first payment bill for the unit! They expected me to start paying them for a unit that they could not promise I would ever recieve! I will never buy anything from Sears or anyone they are relationed with and I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this Business. They don't practice customer relations, they practice fraud by making you pay for something that they do not physically have and cannot gaurantee you will ever recieve.

Bought different units for a better deal after speaking with one person, and I will see the units this Tuesday

Really shouldnt have been so difficult.

The whole chain is going tits up, so I think this warning was not really needed.

I had no clue the chain was falling apart, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. So I'd say it was worth sharing.
