I went with the "depends" option since it all depends on who you are having hot sweaty sex with. A ringing phone, might in some cases be your saving grace. Just don't chat for too long and let your lady friend suffocate with the plastic bag over her face. 
Okay, enough androgenous, testosterone based nonsense. My apologies to the finer ladies on the board. The reason I picked "depends" was simply that I would never subscribe to any phone services without caller ID. That said, I would screen any call at any time, and only answer if absolutely necessary.
