It's called parkour. apparently from the french origin. Finally something good from france, besides of course french kissing, and french fries, which we all know isn't really from France. J/K , nothing but love for the french.

check out thi video it's pretty crazy, you can definitely skip the gym after this. Probably more prone to injuries though.
