Would you make your Gal pump your gas??

Typical scenario in my household:
Wife comes home (driving past the gas station I fuel up at) and says, "My car is on EMPTY and it just bonged at me (low fuel warning)". Without hesitation, I say, "Yes, dear". I stop doing what I'm doing and go out in the cold to go get gas. Where can I find a woman who will pump gas for me?

When I'm with her and her Cougar (I always drive, she doesn't like to drive when I'm with her) sometimes I pump it, sometimes she does. It depends on what each of us is doing at the time it needs fuel. I could be in the store grabbing an orange juice for her. Because she usually puts her gas on her debit card and the lid is on her side, I'd say she does the pumping. When I'm in the S2000, I do everything. On another note, anyone who thinks they can define the strength and/or chivalry of another's relationship based on who pumps the gas will eventually get the inevitable relationship wake up call sometime down the road. I know many guys who DEMAND to pump the gas to preserve their masculinity and yet, are the first ones to cheat on their girl or spend four nights a week with the guys at the local gin mill. But hey, HE pumps the gas so it's all good?

That's exactly the way it is w/my parents.
I on the other hand would stop and get my own gas. I can tell you one thing though............if my husband is with me, he pumps.
