It's interesting that the disclaimer says they don't claim to have assessed any risk of future crimes. The reality is, the overwhelming majority of them WILL reoffend - it's simply a matter of whether it will be reported, whether it even makes it to court and if they are convicted. The offenders on that list are likely a very small percentage of actual offenders.


Well isn't that some uplifting news?

i have 1 at about 4-5 blocks away and one that is about 7 blocks away. one of them is a woman. o_O
